Database Autonomy Service:Deadlock analysis

Last Updated:Mar 28, 2026

Lock analysis in Database Autonomy Service (DAS) lets you view and diagnose the most recent deadlock in a database instance.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that:

  • The database instance is connected to DAS and in the Normal Access state. For more information, see Connect a database instance to DAS.

  • If the instance runs PolarDB-X 2.0, the major version must be 5.4.13 or later.

Diagnose deadlocks

  1. Log on to the DAS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Intelligent O&M Center > Instance Monitoring.

  3. Find the instance you want to manage and click its instance ID. The instance details page appears.

  4. In the left-side navigation pane of the instance details page, click Lock Analysis.

  5. On the Lock Analysis page, click Diagnose in the upper-left corner to check whether the instance currently has deadlocks.

  6. Specify a time range to filter deadlock events.

  7. In the Details column, click View Details to view the detailed diagnostic result.
