    Cloud Storage Gateway:How do I fix a failure in mounting a share of a cross-zone HA file gateway?

    To fix a failure in mounting a share of a cross-zone HA file gateway, perform the following checks:

    • Check whether the configured virtual IP addresses are valid. For example, if you specify public IP addresses or virtual IP addresses that cause a conflict with entries in the routing table, mounting a share of the cross-zone HA gateway will fail.

    • Perform ping tests to check network connectivity to the virtual IP addresses.
