pay-as-you-go |
Pay-as-you-go CPFS resources are billed based on actual usage, so refunds do not apply. If you no longer need a pay-as-you-go CPFS resource, you can release it to stop incurring charges. Before you do, ensure that your data is backed up or migrated and that releasing the resource will not affect your business. To release resources, see the following topics:

Not applicable |
deleting a pay-as-you-go file system instance releases the instance. After an instance is released, all access requests fail. Before you delete a pay-as-you-go CPFS resource, ensure that all necessary data has been backed up or migrated.
Refund flow
Refunds apply only to payments made in cash or with a stored value card. Amounts paid with a voucher or coupon are not eligible for a refund.
-
For orders paid on or after March 29, 2019, if you request a refund within 18 months (548 days) of payment, the refund is typically returned to the original payment source. For example, payments made via Alipay or online banking are refunded to the respective account. Payments made from your Alibaba Cloud account balance are refunded to your account balance.
ImportantIf an invoice has already been issued for the order, the refund will be credited to your account balance. Once the invoice is returned, you can withdraw the funds from your account balance to your original payment source.
-
In all other cases, or if a refund to the original payment source fails, the refund will be credited to your Alibaba Cloud account balance.
-
Once an unsubscription is successful, the refund is typically processed within two business days.
-
For orders paid via online banking that are eligible for a refund to the original source, the refund may take two to three business days to appear in your account, depending on bank processing times.
