After you create a service as a service provider, you can update the configurations of the service without the need to create another service. This topic describes how to update a service as a service provider.
Background information
Compute Nest does not allow you to update a service that is being reviewed. To update a service that is being reviewed, you must cancel the review for the service.
You can update a service by using one of the following methods:
Create a version for a published service.
Modify a version of an unpublished service.
Procedure
Log on to the Compute Nest console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click My Services. On the My Services page, click the Created Services tab.
On the Created Services tab, find the service that you want to update and click Modify Version or Create Version.
On the Modify Version or Create Version page, modify the parameter settings.
The service parameters vary with service types. The parameters displayed on the page prevail. For more information about the service parameters, see the corresponding topics for creating services.
Use one of the following methods to update the service.
Click Save Update.
After the service is saved, test the service. After the service passes the test, submit the service for review. After the review is passed, publish the service. For more information, see Publish a service.
Click Submit Review.
Submit the service to Alibaba Cloud for review. After the review is passed, publish the service. For more information, see Publish a service.
