After a service is created or updated, you need to submit the service for review. After the service passes the official review of Compute Nest, you can publish and deliver the service to customers. This topic describes how to publish a service to be submitted for review.
Procedure
Log on to the Compute Nest console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click My Services. On the Crated Services tab of the MyServices page, find the service that you want to publish.
Click Pre-release. In the message that appears, click Confirm Pre-release.
After the service is pre-published, you can share the deployment URL of the service with customers in the whitelist of the deployment URL to perform an internal test on the service.
NoteWhen a service is to be pre-published or has been pre-published, the permission type of the deployment URL of the service is Private. If you set the Permission Type parameter to Public when you create the service, the permission type is changed to Public after the service is published after review.
Click Submit Review. In the dialog box that appears, confirm and select the check boxes, and then click OK.
NoteBefore you submit the service for review, perform a self-check based on the review standards published by Compute Nest to ensure that the service meets the review requirements. For more information, see Standards for publishing and reviewing services.
After you submit a service for review, Alibaba Cloud completes the review within three business days.
After the service passes the review, the state of the service changes to Reviewed. In this case, you can click Publish Service.
When the state of the service changes to Published, the service is published.
What to do next
After a service is published, you can use one of the following methods to provide the service to customers:
Provide customers with the deployment URL of the published service.
On the Created Services tab of the My Services page, find the published service and click the service name to go to the service details page.
On the Service Details tab, find and copy the deployment URL. Then, provide the URL to your customers.
Publish the service to Alibaba Cloud Marketplace. For more information, see Publish services as Alibaba Cloud Marketplace products.
NoteHosted O&M services and services that support trial cannot be published to Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.
