How do I troubleshoot the issue of no data for a Container Service for Kubernetes cluster in Cloud Monitor?
If cluster metrics show no data on the Kubernetes Container Monitoring page in Cloud Monitor, use the following steps to identify and resolve the issue.

Check whether the Cloud Monitor feature is enabled for the metrics-server component of the Container Service for Kubernetes cluster.
NoteThis step applies only to Container Service for Kubernetes clusters that were created after 10:00:00 on April 25, 2024.

If yes, go to Step 2.

If the feature is not enabled, enable the Cloud Monitor feature for the metrics-server component. For more information, see Enable the Cloud Monitor feature for a Container Service for Kubernetes cluster.

Check whether the metrics-server component of the Container Service for Kubernetes cluster is upgraded to V0.3.8.5 or later.

Yes. The issue may be related to Cloud Monitor. or submit a ticket.

If the component is not upgraded, upgrade the metrics-server component to V0.3.8.5 or later. For more information, see Upgrade the metrics-server component before you upgrade a cluster to v1.12.
