Activate CloudQuotation, manage service groups and VPCs, register and report usage, and unsubscribe from services.
Prerequisites
To activate CloudQuotation, sign up for an Alibaba Cloud account.
Activation and purchase

Log in to the CloudQuotation product home page and click Activate Now. Activation is free.

Read the CloudQuotation Terms of Service, select the agreement checkbox, and click Activate Now.

After the service is activated, click Management Console.

Subscribe to market data and select product specifications.

Select a region for your data subscription.

Click Activate Service for a single product, or Batch Purchase for multiple products. Each specification and its target customers are described inIntroduction to CloudQuotation U.S. stock products.

To activate a product, click Activate Service.

Click Batch Purchase to activate the services.

Request activation.
Select the product to activate and submit the required application materials. Exchange authorization requires documents such as the Global Data Agreement, Data Feed Request Form, System Application Form, and Soft Dollar. For form-filling instructions, see Authorization application file templates. After submission, an order is created in Order Management. Alibaba Cloud reviews applications within 3 to 5 business days.
Service management
Open the Service Group Management console.

Click Service Group Management to create a service group.

Enter the service group details.

Attach a VPC.

After the service group appears in the list, click View Details.

In your service group, configure network settings and click Attach VPC.

Select the source, VPC, and vSwitch.
Important-
Supported source regions: China (Shanghai), China (Beijing), China (Shenzhen), and China (Chengdu). More regions will be added. Create your VPC in the correct region.

CloudQuotation requires an Alibaba Cloud VPC. If you do not have one in the required region, create a VPC in the VPC console.

Attach a product.
In Service Group Management, click Attach Product and select a subscribed product.

Verify the attachment.
Confirm that the product is attached to the service group.

Click the product name.

View the product details.

Product management
Open the Product Management console.

Register daily usage.
Register daily usage from your purchased products list.

Registration is unavailable from 18:00 (UTC+8) on the last day of each month to 12:00 on the first day of the next month. Daily registration records the current month's usage for reporting.

Report usage
Report usage from your purchased products list. If you rename the display application or add a new one, re-upload the relevant files.

Report current-month usage by 18:00 (UTC+8) on the last day of the month. Reporting is unavailable from 18:00 on the last day to 12:00 on the first day of the next month.
Unsubscribe from a service
To unsubscribe, open the Product Management console.

Click Product Management and unsubscribe from the product.

Fill in the unsubscription details and upload the required documents to submit your request. The service automatically stops on the end date you select.
NoteUpload the same certification files used during activation. File names must follow the format in Authorization application file templates.
