Checks whether new nodes are automatically associated with the cluster endpoint of a PolarDB cluster.
Scenarios
Automatically associating new nodes with the cluster endpoint simplifies node management and prevents resource waste.
Risk level
Default risk level: medium.
You can change the risk level based on your business requirements when you apply this rule.
Compliance evaluation logic
- If new nodes are automatically associated with the cluster endpoint of the PolarDB cluster, the evaluation result is Compliant.
- If new nodes are not automatically associated with the cluster endpoint of the PolarDB cluster, the evaluation result is Incompliant. For more information about how to fix this issue, see the "Incompliance remediation" section of this topic.
