Scenarios
The rule can identify the namespaces for which no alert rules are configured, so that the running status of cloud services can be better monitored.

Default risk level: high.
When you apply this rule, you can change the risk level based on your business requirements.
Compliance evaluation logic
- If at least one alert rule is configured for the Alibaba Cloud service of a specified namespace in the CloudMonitor console, the evaluation result is Compliant.
- If no alert rule is configured for the Alibaba Cloud service of a specified namespace in the CloudMonitor console, the evaluation result is Incompliant. For more information about how to remediate an incompliant configuration, see the "Incompliance remediation" section of this topic.
