What do I do if the current account is not qualified to be a management account?

Take one of the following actions:

• If a resource directory is already enabled, fix the failed items and use the current account as the management account.
• If no resource directory is enabled, use one of the following methods:
  • Create a new Alibaba Cloud account as the management account. The new account inherits the identity verification of the current account and automatically enables a resource directory.
  • Use another Alibaba Cloud account from your enterprise that meets the requirements as the management account.

Do I have to create the Core and Applications folders?

No, you do not.

As a best practice, create the following two folders. If they do not exist in the management account, Agentic Cloud Governance Center creates them automatically.

• Core folder: Holds members for governance purposes.

• Applications folder: Holds members that run your workloads.

What do I do if there is no qualified billing account?

Take one of the following actions:

• The current management account is selectable but marked as unqualified.

  This usually occurs because financial information (such as invoice details) is incomplete. Go to Expenses and Costs to complete it.

• A main financial account exists but cannot be invited to the current resource directory.

  This usually occurs because the main financial account already belongs to another resource directory and cannot be invited to the current one as the billing account. To resolve this:

  • If the main financial account belongs to another resource directory, your enterprise already has an established financial relationship there. Use that existing resource directory.

  • Remove the account linking between the current management account and the main financial account, then use the management account as the billing account.

  • Select a more suitable Alibaba Cloud account as the billing account.

• No other accounts are qualified to be a billing account.

  To resolve this:

  • Other accounts exist but are marked as unqualified because their financial information (such as invoice details) is incomplete. Complete it in Expenses and Costs.

  • If no other accounts are available, invite an existing Alibaba Cloud account from your enterprise to the current resource directory, or create a new member account.

What do I do if the error message "Your information is incomplete. Complete your information before the operation." appears when I set up a landing zone?

Log on to the Account Management page with your Alibaba Cloud account (not a RAM user) and complete your account information.
