Managing Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) quotas involves querying quotas and their usage, and requesting quota increases. This topic describes different methods to increase quotas and create quota templates for CEN.
Background information
Quota Center is an Alibaba Cloud service that lets you centrally manage the quotas of various Alibaba Cloud services. Quota Center is integrated with multiple Alibaba Cloud services, such as Cloud Enterprise Network. If you use multiple Alibaba Cloud services and want to manage all your service quotas from a single interface, you can use Quota Center.
Alternatively, the Cloud Enterprise Network console provides a quota management feature. If you do not need to centrally manage quotas for multiple cloud services, you can manage CEN quotas directly on the Cloud Enterprise Network quota management page.
Limits
By default, only an Alibaba Cloud account can perform operations in Quota Center. To allow a Resource Access Management (RAM) user to perform these operations, you must first grant the AliyunQuotasFullAccess permission to the RAM user. For more information, see Authorize a RAM user.
View quotas
You can view Cloud Enterprise Network quotas in any of the following ways:
Refer to the Quotas page in the product documentation to view all quotas and their default values.
View quotas in Quota Center. For more information, see Query the details of quotas supported by a cloud service.
View quotas in the Cloud Enterprise Network console.

In the left navigation pane, choose Quota Management.
On the Quota Management page, select the quota type that you want to view.
View general quotas
In the Quota Type section, click the General Quota tab.
You can filter by keyword to view information such as the name, description, and usage of a general quota.

Increase quotas
If your business requires a quota value that is greater than the default for a Cloud Enterprise Network quota, and the quota is adjustable, you can request a quota increase in the following ways.
Submit a request in the Alibaba Cloud Quota Center console. For more information, see Request a quota increase.
Submit a request on the Cloud Enterprise Network quota management page.
The available quotas and application results are the same regardless of which console you use.
Increase quotas in the Cloud Enterprise Network console
Currently, only privilege quotas and some general quotas for Cloud Enterprise Network can be increased.
Log on to the CEN console.
In the left navigation pane, choose Quota Management.
On the Quota Management page, select the quota type and perform the increase operation.
Increase a general quota
In the Quota Type section, click the General Quota tab.
For the target general quota, click Apply in the Actions column.
In the Apply for Quota dialog box, set Applied Quota and Reason. Then, click Confirm Adjustment.
Alibaba Cloud evaluates your request based on the information that you provide and then approves or rejects it. You are notified of the result by text message and email.
NoteQuota increase requests are reviewed by the technical support team of each Alibaba Cloud service. To increase the chances of approval, specify a reasonable value and provide a detailed reason for your request.
After you submit the request, you can click Application History in the Actions column or choose to view the review status.
If the status of the request is Approved, the quota is increased.
Apply for a privilege quota
In the Quota Type section, click the Privilege Quota tab.
Find the target privilege quota and click Apply in the Actions column.
In the Apply for Privilege Quota dialog box, set Quota Value, Time, Reason, and Notify of Result, and then click Confirm Adjustment.
After you submit the request, you can view its status by clicking Application History in the Actions column. A status of Approved means the privilege quota request was successful.
Create a quota template
When a quota template is Enabled and you have joined it, the template automatically submits a quota increase request whenever the management account of the resource directory adds a new member. Existing members are not affected. With a quota template, you can request to increase multiple quota items at once. This improves the efficiency and automation of quota management for your entire organization.
Before you create a quota template, make sure that:
You are logged on with a management account.
You have enabled Resource Directory. For more information, see Enable a resource directory.
You have enabled quota templates. For more information, see Enable quota templates.
Add quotas to a template in Quota Center
For more information, see Add a quota to a quota template.
Add quotas to a template in the Cloud Enterprise Network console
Log on to the CEN console.
In the left navigation pane, choose Quota Management.
On the Quota Management page, go to the Quota Type section and select the quota type to add to a template.
Add a general quota to a quota template
On the General Quota tab, find the general quota that you want to add, and then in the Actions column, click Add To Quota Template.
