Log on to the O&M portal to perform web-based O&M, manage O&M tasks, and update your personal information.
If you are a Resource Access Management (RAM) user, log on to the Bastionhost console instead and use the host O&M feature to perform O&M operations.
Supported user types
Identify your user type before you begin. The login steps differ slightly for IDaaS users.

| Active Directory (AD)/Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) users | Users imported from an AD or LDAP directory |
| Identity as a Service (IDaaS) users | Users authenticated through an IDaaS provider. Use the IDaaS User Logon button on the login page. |
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that:
A Bastionhost instance is deployed and running
Your user account has been created in Bastionhost. See Manage users
(For IDaaS users) IDaaS authentication is configured and your account has been imported. See Manage IDaaS authentication
(For private network access) The private O&M portal is enabled. See Enable the private O&M portal
Log on to the O&M portal
Log on to the Bastionhost console. In the top navigation bar, select the region where your Bastionhost instance is located.
In the instance list, find the target instance and click Manage.
On the Overview page, obtain the public or private address of the O&M portal.

In the address bar of your browser, enter the address of the O&M portal.
On the Bastionhost logon page, log on based on your user type:
Local users and AD/LDAP users: Enter your username and password, then click Log On.
IDaaS users: Click IDaaS User Logon in the lower part of the page, then enter your IDaaS username and password and click Log On.
(Optional) If two-factor authentication is enabled for your account, select an authentication method in the Two-Factor Authentication dialog box, enter the verification code, and click Log On.
