Bastionhost:Intelligent O&M

Intelligent O&M lets you issue O&M commands in natural language. An AI agent analyzes your intent, generates tasks, and runs them, so you can complete batch server operations without writing scripts.

Prerequisites

  • The RAM user has the AliyunYundunBastionHostOperateOnlyAccess permission (operator access).

  • You have authorized Linux hosts and accounts in Bastionhost, with passwords stored in Bastionhost.

  • Your Bastionhost instance runs V3.2.51.01 or later.

Access Intelligent O&M

RAM users

  1. Log on to the Bastionhost console. In the top navigation bar, select the region of your instance.

  2. Find your instance and click O&M.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose AIOps.

Non-RAM users

  1. Log on to the Bastionhost O&M portal. For details, see Log on to the O&M portal.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click AIOps.

Create an intelligent O&M task

Create O&M tasks through AI-powered natural language or manual configuration.

Create a task using natural language

  1. On the Intelligent O&M Agent page, enter a natural language command, such as "Check the CPU usage of all Linux servers."

  2. Wait for the AI to analyze your intent and generate the task.

  3. Confirm the task content and click OK.

  4. Wait for the task to be approved.

    • If automatic task approval is enabled in System Settings > Asset Configuration > O&M Configuration, the task runs automatically. Proceed to step 5.

    • Otherwise, wait for administrator approval, then click OK.

  5. View the results after the task completes. To refine the results, enter new commands in the dialog.
