Unsubscription rules

Alibaba Cloud Managed Service for Grafana allows you to unsubscribe from resources in use and cancel renewal. Before you unsubscribe from Managed Service for Grafana, pay attention to the unsubscription rules, precautions, and examples.

• Formula: Refundable amount = Paid amount - Fee for consumed resources

  • Paid amount is the money that you paid and does not include the amount that is covered by coupons or vouchers.

  • The fee for consumed resources is calculated based on the following formula: Fee for consumed resources = Daily fee × Consumed subscription duration × Discount for the consumed subscription duration.

  • The daily fee is equal to the order-specific fee divided by 30.

    Note

    The consumed subscription duration is accurate to days. The part that is less than one day is counted as one day.

• Limits: For Grafana workspaces purchased during promotional events, if the general refund policy conflicts with the refund policy of the promotion, the refund policy of the promotion prevails. You cannot unsubscribe from non-refundable Grafana resources. If the refundable amount is 0, you cannot apply for a refund.

Unsubscription process

You can use the Managed Service for Grafana console to unsubscribe from subscription Grafana workspaces. Before you unsubscribe from a subscription Grafana workspace, make sure that the Grafana workspace instance does not contain the required data, or the required data has been backed up or migrated.

On the Unsubscribe page, you can unsubscribe from a Grafana workspace on the following tabs based on its subscription status.

Unsubscribe from resources that are being used

This tab is applicable to scenarios where you no longer need to use Grafana workspaces.

1. On the Unsubscribe page, click the Unsubscribe from resources that are being used. tab.

2. Find the Grafana workspace from which you want to unsubscribe and click Unsubscribe Resource in the Actions column.

   Note

   You can also query orders from which you want to subscribe by setting Name to Managed Service for Grafana - Subscription and setting Instance ID or Created At.

3. On the Unsubscribe Resource page, check the resource information, enter the reason why you want to unsubscribe from the current resource, and then select I have read the Unsubscribing Rules and confirmed the unsubscribe amount. and I have confirmed that the data of the unsubscribe instance is backed up and migrated..

4. Click Unsubscribe. In the message that appears, click OK.

Unsubscribe Renewal Period

This tab is applicable to scenarios where you need to cancel renewal orders.

1. On the Unsubscribe page, click the Unsubscribe Renewal Period tab.

2. Find the Grafana workspace whose renewal you want to cancel and click Cancel Renewal in the Actions column.

   Note

   You can also query orders from which you want to subscribe by setting Name to Managed Service for Grafana - Subscription and setting Instance ID or Created At.

3. On the Cancel Renewal page, confirm the Updated Expiration Time parameter and select I have read the Unsubscribing Rules and confirmed the unsubscribe amount..

4. Click Unsubscribe. In the message that appears, click OK.

Impact

After you unsubscribe from a Grafana workspace, the workspace is automatically released and data is deleted.

Refund flow
