View Synthetic Monitoring billing details in the Expenses and Costs console, and track resource usage metrics in the Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) console.
Query bills
Log on to the Expenses and Costs console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Bills > Bill Details.
On the Billing Details tab, set the filter conditions:
Billing Cycle: Select the billing period.
Account/Owner Account: Select the account to query.
Product Details: Select the Synthetic Monitoring sub-service from the drop-down list.
Click Search.
To view per-instance billing, set Statistic Item to Instance.
Attribute costs with cost centers
Cost centers group and summarize bills across instances, so you can efficiently summarize and view the bills of the instances.

View resource usage
Resource usage data is available only to Pro Edition users.
The ARMS console provides usage metrics for Synthetic Monitoring tasks, including regional breakdowns and per-task counts.
Log on to the ARMS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Synthetic Monitoring > Usage Statistics.
On the Usage Statistics page, review the following metrics:
