    Application Real-Time Monitoring Service:Verify that the ARMS agent is installed

    After you install the Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) agent on a JVM instance, verify that the agent is running and reporting data.

    Check the agent status in the ARMS console

    Note

    The agent status takes about 1 minute to appear after installation. If the status does not display, wait and refresh the page.

    1. Log on to the ARMS console.

    2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Application Monitoring > Probe Management.

    3. In the top navigation bar, select the region where your application is deployed.

    4. Find your JVM instance by application name or IP address.

    5. Check the Probe running status column. If Normal Reporting is displayed, the ARMS agent is installed.
