Multi-zone deployment upgrade (New) -- Upgrade Professional Edition instances from single-zone to multi-zone deployment.

Migration (New) -- A unified migration tool that consolidates the previous migration router feature into three modes:

• Cloud migration: Synchronize data between a self-managed or cross-cloud instance and an ApsaraMQ for Kafka instance.

• Cross-instance migration: Synchronize data between ApsaraMQ for Kafka instances.

• Metadata import: Synchronize the metadata of a self-managed Apache Kafka cluster to an existing ApsaraMQ for Kafka instance.

Partition rebalancing (New) -- Rebalance partitions across nodes for topics that use cloud storage in a cluster. Two modes are available:

• Partition redistribution: Equalize the number of partitions on each node when partitions are unevenly distributed among topics that use cloud storage.

• Traffic redirection: Redirect traffic from a high-traffic topic to a topic with lower disk usage when partitions are unevenly distributed among topics that use cloud storage.

Monitoring and alerting (New) -- The following monitoring metrics are added for ApsaraMQ for Kafka instances:

Flexible group creation (New) -- Consumer groups created through the flexible group creation feature now appear on the Groups page.

Instance configuration upgrade and downgrade (New, Canary) -- Upgrade or downgrade instance configurations, including traffic specifications and disk capacity. Instances in the Not Deployed state are supported. Warnings about traffic throttling and write prohibition appear during downgrades.

Billing method switch (Improved) -- The billing method of instances in the Not Deployed state can now be changed from pay-as-you-go to subscription.
