Cancel a subscription host in an ApsaraDB for MyBase dedicated cluster when you no longer need it.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that:
All instances created on the host are released. If any instances remain, the unsubscription fails.
Refund rules
Standard refunds
Only the amount you paid in cash is refundable. Vouchers used for the purchase cannot be returned.
Promotional event purchases
If you purchased the host through a promotional event:
If the promotion rules conflict with the standard refund rules, the promotion rules apply.
If the promotional event terms include a no-return policy, you cannot unsubscribe from the host.
If a refund is issued, any gifts received with the purchase — including vouchers and extended service periods — are removed from your account.
