If subscription ApsaraDB for HBase instances are locked because they have expired or pay-as-you-go instances are locked because your Alibaba Cloud account has an overdue payment, you can renew the instances to unlock them within a specific period of time, delete the instances, or recreate the instances.
If a subscription ApsaraDB for HBase instance expires or a pay-as-you-go instance
is locked because your Alibaba Cloud account has an overdue payment, the instance
can be handled based on the time elapsed since the instance is locked and the billing
method. The following table describes how locked instances can be handled based on
the billing methods.

You cannot directly restore the instances from the recycle bin. On the sixteenth day after an instance expires, the data backups of the instance are
