API Gateway:Delete a domain name

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have:

• A Cloud-native API Gateway instance

• A domain name bound to the instance

Procedure

1. Log on to the API Gateway console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Domain Name. In the top navigation bar, select a region.

3. On the Domain Name page, find the domain name that you want to delete and click Delete in the Actions column.

4. In the dialog box that appears, enter the domain name and click Delete.

   Note: The Delete button becomes available only after you enter the complete domain name. This safeguard prevents accidental deletions.

Verify the result

After the deletion, the domain name no longer appears on the Domain Name page. The page automatically updates to reflect the change.
