This topic describes the billing for Anti-DDoS Diversion.
Billable items
The total fee includes the function plan fee, clean bandwidth fee, number of Internet Data Centers (IDCs), number of C-class IP addresses, and the initial installation fee.
Function plan fee
The function plan fee varies based on the diversion and defense modes. The details are as follows.

Clean bandwidth
The plan includes a default bandwidth of 100 Mbps. The bandwidth can be increased in increments of 100 Mbps. The fees are as follows:

Number of IDCs
The plan includes one IDC by default. You can add more IDCs for a fee of USD 2,000/IDC/month.
Number of C-class IP addresses
The plan includes one C-class IP address segment by default. You can add more segments for a fee of USD 150/segment/month.
Initial installation fee
A one-time, non-recurring fee is charged for the initial installation of Anti-DDoS Diversion. The fee is USD 2,000/installation.
The initial installation modes are as follows:
PCCW: Reroutes traffic through the network of PCCW, an Alibaba Cloud partner.
GRE Tunnel by Alibaba Cloud: Reroutes traffic through a Generic Routing Encapsulation (GRE) tunnel.
On Alibaba Cloud: Select this mode if your IDC is on Alibaba Cloud. Traffic is rerouted through the Alibaba Cloud network.
Cross Connect: PrivateLink.
Overdue payments
You pay for subscription instances in advance, so no overdue payments occur during the subscription period. However, to purchase new instances, upgrade configurations, or renew orders, you must enable auto-renewal and ensure that your account has a sufficient balance.
Expiration policy

Within 15 days (inclusive) after the instance expires | The service stops immediately when the instance expires. Renew the instance to resume the service. | The instance configuration is retained. |
On the 16th day after the instance expires | The instance is released and cannot be restored. | The instance configuration is permanently deleted and cannot be restored. |
Refund policy
After you purchase an Anti-DDoS Origin 2.0 (Subscription) instance, you cannot request a refund for the instance.
