Overview

The RAG service of AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL provides the following features: document processing, vector search, embedding, reranking, and large language model (LLM) processing. This helps you implement intelligent applications in multiple fields, such as intelligent customer service, content creation, and knowledge management.

• AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL instances that meet the following requirements:

  • AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL V6.0

  • Elastic storage mode

  • Vector search engine optimization enabled

• Related API operations:

  • UpsertChunks

  • UploadDocumentAsync

  • QueryContent

  • Rerank

Billing rules

• Before October 21, 2024, you are not charged for using the features of the RAG service.

• As of October 21, 2024, you are charged for the embedding, reranking, and LLM processing features of the RAG service based on the pay-as-you-go billing method.
