When Alibaba Cloud technical support needs to investigate an issue on your AnalyticDB for MySQL cluster, authorize the service account to give support personnel temporary access. Permissions are automatically revoked when the authorization expires.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:

An AnalyticDB for MySQL cluster
Grant service account access

Log on to the AnalyticDB for MySQL console.

In the upper-left corner, select the region where your cluster is deployed.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Clusters.

On the Data Warehouse Edition tab, click the Cluster ID of your cluster.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Accounts. On the page that appears, click the Service Account Authorization tab.

Select the permissions to grant and set the Authorization Expiration Time. Choose permissions based on the type of issue being investigated:
