If you need technical support from Alibaba Cloud for yourAnalyticDB for MySQL cluster and the support process requires operations on your cluster, you must authorize the service account of theAnalyticDB for MySQL cluster. This allows support engineers to provide technical assistance. The system automatically revokes these permissions when the authorization expires.
Procedure

Log in to the AnalyticDB for MySQL console.

In the upper-left corner, select the region where your cluster is located.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Clusters.

On the Data Warehouse Edition tab, click the Cluster ID of the target cluster.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Accounts and then Service Account Authorization.

Grant the service account the necessary permissions and set the Authorization Expiration Time.

Configuration Permission: View and modify cluster configuration.

Data Permission: View table schemas, indexes, and SQL statements.
