Description
When configuring the Alibaba Mail account in Outlook and Foxmail, it is determined that the password is correct, but it shows that the user name or password is always wrong.

Solution
Use postmaster account login Alibaba Mail, click DEPTs & Users -- Batch settings and check if the POP3 and IMAP service is enabled or not.

a. If not enabled, please click to enable the services first.
b. If the service is already enabled, user needs to check whether the User Name in the email client is only partially filled, and the domain name after @ is not written. User needs to complete the User Name and try configure again.
