The user uses the correct password but fails to log in. You can determine the cause according to the message displayed after you enter the password and click the Sign In button.
1. The Account or password is wrong message indicates that the entered username and password do not match.

Please check in turn:
If no account can be used to log in, the email service has expired. Please renew the service in time and continue to use it after success. Individual account logon failures, please continue to check the following situation.
Whether the spelling of the account is wrong, to avoid pasting hidden extra characters when copying the account, you can manually enter it and try again.
Whether the password has more or less input characters, whether the case is not correctly distinguished, etc., confirm that the password is correct and then use.

2. The verification code error message is displayed. If you enter an incorrect password more than three times, you are prompted to enter a verification code. If the verification code input does not match the displayed characters, a verification code error occurs.

Re-enter or click the verification code to refresh, according to the latest display content re-enter.
If you confirm that the verification code is correct and still prompts an error, which is related to the current browser cache, please click the computer keyboard F5 or click Ctrl and F5 at the same time to refresh the browser, and then enter the correct verification code to log in.
