When using Outlook, if you need to move the email (from the current folder to another folder), you can refer to this article.
Method 1: Select the emails that you want to move (support for multi-select), hold down the left mouse button, and drag the emails to the specified folder.
Method 2: Select the email that you want to move, right-click the email, and then select a folder.
Note
When the Alibaba Mail is configured in Outlook and operated the email moving, a backup of the moved email will be copied in the "Deleted Items" folder. If you do not need this backup, we recommend that you set rules or move emails on the Webmail or the new Alibaba Mail client.
