Problem Description
Outlook has a large delay in sending /receiving emails. As a result, important mail is not sent or received in a timely manner.
Causes
Outlook mail synchronization time defaults to 30 minutes.
Solution
1. The synchronization time can be adjusted according to the needs of use.
Path: File- Options- Advanced- Send and receive- Send/Receive Groups- Schedule an automatic send/receive every xx minutes.
2. You can manually trigger the synchronization of emails.
