Description
After the Alibaba Mail is enabled, an error that MX Records Unresolved appears in the Alibaba Mail Console.
Cause
The resolution status check in the Alibaba Mail Console is a scheduled automatic verification feature that automatically runs and checks the resolution status of your domain name at a specific time. If the MX Records Unresolved message appears in the Console, the possible causes are as follows:
The resolution records conflict, please check whether there is a CNAME record with the hostname as @ existing.
The domain name has just been registered and is still under review.
MX records are not configured.
The configured MX records belong to multiple different email service providers.
The domain name is incorrectly configured, such as added to the second-level domain name.
Solution
Specify whether to delete the CNAME record based on your business needs. Do not use the CNAME record and MX record with the hostname as @ at the same time. We recommend that you use the prefix of subdomain instead of @ or use the A record to access CDN, ECS or other products.
Wait until the review is finished and try again.

Logon to the DNS Console to delete or suspend unused MX records to avoid email delivery errors.
Configure the resolution in the right email domain name. The part after the @ in an email account is the email domain name.
