Cause
Select the special rule for Save to Sent Items settings.
Use the POP protocol for the third-party email client. This protocol only synchronizes the emails under Inbox of Webmail and does not synchronize sent emails. If you need to use this protocol, you need to make a local email backup.
Use the IMAP protocol for third-party email client or the Alibaba Mail client. By default, the rules for sending and receiving emails are synchronized with each other.
If the POP protocol is configured before, the historical sent emails will not be synchronized to Webmail. If necessary, you can back up and export them locally, and then use the IMAP protocol to import them to the sent emails, which will be automatically synchronized to Webmail.
Solutions
