In case the secure mobile phone cannot be used and cannot be replaced of employee account, the postmaster can unbind the employee's secure mobile phone, and after unbinding, the employee can log in to the Alibaba Mail Web page to rebind the available phone number.
Method 1: Unbind Secure Mobile Phone for Single Account
Use postmaster account login Alibaba Mail and enter domain management page> Security> Phone Unbinding> fill the email account> Search> click Unbind Phone to unbind.
Method 2: Unbind Secure Mobile Phone in Batch
Use postmaster account login Alibaba Mail and enter domain management page> DEPTs & Users> Batch settings> open the selection box to select the account or department to be operated> check Security issues and secure mobile phones and Phone Unbinding> click confirm to save and perform the change.
