This topic describes what weak password blocklist settings is and how to set it.
What is weak password blacklist?
When employees set email password, the added weak password keyword cannot be used as a password.
A maximum of 500 keywords can be added.
Operation procedure:
Log on to the Alibaba Mail by postmaster account and enter Domain Management Background page. Click Security-->Weak Password Blocklist Settings-->Add Blocklist and enter the parameters. We provide 2 adding methods that is Normal Keywords and Regular Expression.
Normal Keywords
Enter the parameters that are not allowed to use as passwords. Please line break between different keywords, and the verification is case-insensitive.
Regular Expression
Enter the regular expression that are not allowed to use as password. It supports multiple input and please line break between different keywords. The verification is not case-sensitive.
