This topic describes how to add another email account.
Procedure
1. Backup Emails by Setting the Account As A Receiving Proxy
Add another email account on the Webmail to collect emails for backup.
Log in to the Alibaba Mail, and click Settings-> Other Mailboxes -> Add Mailbox.
Receive
Please ensure that the POP protocol of the target mailbox is enabled. It is recommended to use the Automatic Identification.
You can also use Manually Set function to manually fill the POP server information of target account.
Send
Sending Setting: Use Alibaba Mail as Sending Proxy or Use SMTP Server to Send
2. Configure IMAP Protocol to Synchronize Emails
To back up historical emails to your computer, you must use IMAP protocol to synchronize emails for each email account.
Configure A account on email client in the computer, and select IMAP for the receiving protocol, so that the emails of A mailbox can be synchronously downloaded to the local computer for saving.
IMAP server address: imap.sg,aliyun.com;
Port: 143;
SSL encryption port: 993.
