If you can see all your emails in the Alibaba Mail web client but cannot retrieve all of them in a third-party client, follow this procedure to adjust the settings.
Procedure
Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client. In the upper-right corner, click Settings > See more settings.
On the Settings > POP and IMAP page, select the range of emails for the IMAP protocol to retrieve, and then click Save.
