Important
If the postmaster have added multiple domains, then postmaster can modify the prefix of employee account. If the postmaster does not add multiple domains, then the prefix of employee account cannot be changed. For more information, please check How to Add Multiple Domains and Domain Aliases?.
Procedure
1. Use postmaster account login Alibaba Mail and enter the domain management page by default, click DEPTs & Users-> Employee Accounts, and click the account name to be edited to enter the edit page.
2. Modify the Name and the Email Address in the corresponding place.
