1. Use postmaster account to login Alibaba Mail and enter the domain management page by default.
2. Select the account to be deleted and click Delete in the upper-right corner. The message "Are you sure you want to delete the specified accounts? Deleting an account will clear email history." will be prompted and click OK to delete the account. The deleted account will appear in the Account Recycle function.
1. You can use the Account Recycle function to restore the account or transfer emails within 30 days.
2. Transfer Emails function: The email history of the specified account will be transferred to the file named after the address of the selected account in the target mailbox. When the transfer is complete, the target mailbox will receive a system notification email.
