Aliases allow multiple names to be mapped to the same email address and used together.
Senario
If your email account is a***@example.net and you want to use different aliases to send emails to different customers, then you can set the alias to b***@example.net, c***@example.net, etc. Meanwhile, if the sender sends an email to any of these email addresses, the user can receive it.
Procedure
1. Use postmaster account login Alibaba Mail and enter the domain management page by default, click DEPTs & Users-> Account Aliases.
2. Click Add Alias, fill the Email Address and the corresponding Email Alias.
3. The postmaster can search the email address to find its alias or search alias account to find the primary email account after adding.
4. The unwanted alias of email account can be deleted after the search.
