Scenarios
When you reply an email on Alibaba Mail application, the attachment in the original email fails to be forwarded. You can refer to the following solutions:
iOS
Click the Settings icon in the lower-left corner of the Alibaba Mail application, and turn on "Reply with attachments" in the Setting.
Android
Click the Settings icon in the lower-left corner of the Alibaba Mail application and turn on Forward with attachment.
