Guide for Postmaster Account
There are two entry methods to access the Quarantine area by postmaster account.
Via the email management platform
For the newly activated Alibaba Mail, the master switch of Quarantine function is enabled by default. You must configure specific rules within the organization or user quarantine areas.
Custom administrators must be granted permissions to view the quarantine area feature within the email management platform. For details on assigning permissions, please check How to ceate a sub-administrator?How to Create Custom Administrators? .
From the email page
The user quarantine area entry must be enabled by the admin to be visible on the email page.
The postmaster account can access and toggle between two quarantine area to manage in the upper right corner, with the default set to the user quarantine area.

User Quarantine
This area is managed solely by the postmaster account, which operates its own quarantine area emails, with functionalities identical to those of other employee accounts.

Organization Quarantine
This area manages the entire domain, allowing operations on fencing area emails for all mailbox accounts under the domain and managing employee authorizations.
Operate employee fencing area emails
The recipient field is now included in the filter criteria and returned data within the organization quarantine. Ensure the correct recipient is selected before proceeding to prevent impacting other users' emails.
Manage Authorization Among Employees
Authorization management allows for the review and modification of employee accounts that have granted quarantine permissions to others.
Locate the related mailbox and click Authorization management in the corresponding operations column.
You can then assign authorized accounts to employees.
Special Scenarios
The postmaster account may grant other accounts management permissions, but these accounts cannot manage the organization quarantine; they are limited to the user quarantine.
When managing the postmaster account by proxy, the authorization management option will be concealed.
