External mails warning is a function that enterprises set for the sender address display reminder degree in the receiving scenario. Administrators can customize settings for external address display reminders in the domain management page, including General alerts for sender name and Make advanced alerts about the sender name and sender's address. You can also do not alert the email from the domain name added to the whitelist.
Procedure for Setting External Account Reminders
1. Use the administrator account to log on to the Alibaba Mail and enter the domain management page. Click Security- External mail warning.
2. Turn on the External account alert and select Generic alert for sender name (default) or Make advanced alerts about the sender name and sender's address. Click Save in the upper-left corner.
The default setting is General alert for sender name (default).

How to Configure the Whitelist for External Accounts
1. Click Add to Whitelist.
2. Fill in the domain name to be added white in the popup box;
3. Click Save.
The whitelist automatically contains the subdomains of the configured domain name. For example, if "example.com" is set, the account from the "a.example.com" will not be alerted externally either. The maximum number of external account whitelists is 50.
Delete the External Account Alert Whitelist
1. Click Delete in the Actions column to delete one domain name.
2. Select the multiple domain names and click Delete in the Actions column.
