The secure password management feature allows an administrator to delete app-specific passwords set by employees, enhancing security during employee offboarding.
Access
Go to Organization and Users > Email Management.

Delete app-specific password
Enter the user account to manage. Navigate to the Security tab, find the Secure Password section, and click Search.
Select the app-specific password to delete and click Delete. The password becomes invalid immediately. Applications using this password will lose access.
