Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client and go to the Web Drive page to upload, download, and share files.
Large Attachment Transfer Station: Stores and manages oversized attachments from your emails.
Group Shared Files: When you join a group, files shared by members are stored here. Only group members can view these files. If the group is disbanded, the files are deleted.
Uploading files to Web Drive
On the Web Drive page, click + Upload File. In the window that appears, click Add File to upload files from your computer to the Mailbox Web Drive.
File operations
On the Web Drive page, click Personal Files. Select the files that you want to manage. Click the icons at the bottom of the page to send, delete, move, or copy them. To rename, download, preview, or share a file, move your mouse over it.
Checking Web Drive capacity
You can view the used and total capacity in the upper-right corner of the Web Drive page.
