Log in to the Alibaba Mail admin console as the postmaster and switch between the admin console and Webmail.
Log in to the admin console
Open Google Chrome > Go to https://mail.sg.aliyun.com > Enter the postmaster account (postmaster@yourdomain.com) and password > Click Log In.
You can reset the postmaster password. Reset the password of the postmaster administrator account.
FAQ
The console I see after signing in does not match the screenshots. Why?
Check whether you signed in with the admin account (postmaster@yourdomain.com). The admin account and regular employee accounts use the same sign-in page but land on different consoles.

Admin account (in the format postmaster@yourdomain.com): you are directed to the admin console, where management features such as Overview, Organization and Users, Security, and Statistics and Logs are available.

Regular employee account: you are directed to Webmail, which shows only mail features such as Inbox, Drafts, and Sent, with no management menu.
To use management features, sign in again with the admin account. If you do not know the admin account details, ask your company's mail administrator.
Switch between the admin console and Webmail
To switch from the admin console to Webmail, click Enter Mailbox in the upper-right corner of the admin console.
To switch back to the admin console from Webmail, click the wrench icon in the upper-right corner. The admin console opens in a new tab.
