When the Alibaba Mail service is about to expire, there will be an expiration reminder by email and SMS. You can refer to the following step to renew the service.
Procedures
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Console with Alibaba Cloud account that is used to purchase the Alibaba Mail service. Select the email service that you want to renew, click Renew, select a renewal duration, and then click Pay. After the payment is completed, the renewal is successful.
If your domain name was purchased by Alibaba Cloud, please login DNS Console to confirm that if the domain name is expired. The expiration of domain name will affect the email service as well.
The email service can be renewed within 30 days of expiration. After 30 days, the mailbox will be deleted and the service cannot be renewed. The data cannot be retrieved, either. If more than 30 days, please re-purchase the email service.
Auto Renewal
Email Service Auto Renewal Instructions:
1. It will be randomly automatic renewed once a day, please recharge in advance to the account, otherwise it will cause automatic renewal failure.
2. If there is an advance payment under the member ID and it is greater than the renewal amount, the system will automatically deduct the next year's fee 3 days before the email service expires.
3. You can also submit the renewal manually, and the automatic renewal status will continue to be retained after the manual renewal is successfully submitted.
4. If the auto renewal under your member ID is not successful due to insufficient advance payment or network reasons, the system will repeat the renewal submission until the renewal business is successful or the business is deleted 30 days after expiration.
