Log on to Alibaba Cloud
If you already have an Alibaba Cloud account, log on.
If you do not have an Alibaba Cloud account, register for one. After you register, log on with your account information.

After you log on, open this link to go to the purchase page.
Alternatively, on the Alibaba Cloud homepage, move your pointer over Products in the navigation bar. Search for "Alibaba Mail" to go to the purchase page.

Select an Alibaba Mail edition
Select an Alibaba Mail edition as needed.

Instructions for purchasing different Alibaba Mail editions
Standard Edition
1. Select the number of accounts. A minimum of 3 accounts is required. For example, to purchase 3 email accounts, click the up and down arrows or enter 3 in the text box.
2. Enter the domain name for your mailboxes.
3. Select the subscription duration.
4. After you make your selections, the system calculates the price. Click "Buy Now".

AI Premium Edition
1. Select the number of accounts. A minimum of 3 accounts is required. For example, to purchase 3 email accounts, click the up and down arrows or enter 3 in the text box.
2. Enter the domain name for your mailboxes.
3. Select the subscription duration.
4. After you make your selections, the system calculates the price. Click "Buy Now".

Purchase the mailboxes
Confirm your order. Read and accept the Alibaba Mail Service Agreement. Then, click "Pay" to go to the checkout page and complete the payment.

Set the administrator password
After the payment is successful, go to the Alibaba Mail console. In the console, you can view and manage your purchased mailbox products. To the right of the mailbox, click Manage>Reset Password to set the login password for the administrator account.


Request an invoice
Log on to the console. At the top of the page, click Billing -> Invoices -> Request Invoice to request an invoice.

Post-purchase configuration
After you purchase Alibaba Mail, configure your mailboxes. For example, enable the administrator account and assign employee email accounts.
Perform the configurations in the following recommended order:
Set the administrator password (If you already set the password during the purchase process, you do not need to set it again.)
Assign employee accounts
Email migration (If you need to migrate emails from a previous email provider to Alibaba Mail.)
Add DNS records (If the domain name for Alibaba Mail was previously used with another email provider, you must delete or suspend the previous provider's DNS records before you add the Alibaba Mail DNS records.)

How do I get an invoice after purchasing Alibaba Mail using funds from a corporate bank transfer?
You cannot request an invoice for the funds added to your account. Invoices are issued based on actual consumption. After you purchase and use cloud resources, request an invoice for your orders or bills in Invoice Management. The invoice content, tax rate, and billing entity are determined by the cloud products that you consumed. After you incur charges, go to the Invoice Management page to request an invoice.
How do I log on to Alibaba Mail?
If you have created accounts and configured DNS records, you can log on to the webmail client to send and receive emails.
