Disable a multi-account trail in the ActionTrail console - ActionTrail

You can disable a multi-account trail in the ActionTrail console to stop delivering events from members in your resource directory to Simple Log Service (SLS) or Object Storage Service (OSS).

Procedure

Sign in to the ActionTrail console with a delegated administrator account or a management account.
Note
- Members can view the multi-account trail but cannot disable it.
- For more information about how to set up a delegated administrator account, see Manage a delegated administrator account.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Trails.
On the Trails page, click the name of the target trail.
In the Basic Information section, turn off the Status switch.

Note
Click the switch again to re-enable the multi-account trail.
In the Disable Trail dialog box, click Confirm.
