This topic describes how to retrieve a username or a password.
If you cannot log on to the system by using an Alibaba Cloud account, check whether the username and password that you entered are valid. Make sure that the letter case is correct and no extra spaces are added.
If you forgot your username, click Other Sign In Difficulties?. On the Logon issues page, select Both the registered phone number and email of my account are unavailable in the I already have an Alibaba Cloud account section. For more information, see What do I do if I cannot log on to the system?
Retrieve a username or a password on the official Alibaba Cloud website
If you forgot your password because you have not logged on to the system for an extended period of time, you can perform the following steps to retrieve the password:
Go to the official Alibaba Cloud website.
Click Forgot Password to go to the Retrieve password page.
On the Retrieve password page, enter your username and the verification code in the image and click Submit.
Follow the instructions as prompted to verify your identity.
After your identity is verified, reset the password.
After the password is reset, use the new password to log on to the system.
