This topic describes the billing method of Bastionhost. Bastionhost supports only the subscription billing method.
Billing item: You are billed based on the version specifications of the Bastionhost instance that you purchase.
Billing method: subscription.
Billing cycle: You are billed on a yearly or monthly basis. A bill is generated each time you place an order.
Deduction cycle: The system deducts fees from the date of purchase on a yearly or monthly basis.
Expiration: If you do not renew your Bastionhost instance after it expires, the instance becomes unavailable. If you do not renew the instance within the retention period of seven days, the instance is released, and the configuration data and audit logs are deleted.
- Number of assets: the number of server assets that Bastionhost can manage.
- Number of concurrent sessions: the number of O&M sessions that O&M personnel can initiate
in Bastionhost. O&M sessions refer to SSH- and RDP-based remote connections.
Assume that there are 20 O&M personnel and each of them initiates five sessions on average. There are 100 concurrent sessions in total. This example is only for reference. Calculate the number of concurrent sessions based on actual conditions.
