A guest lecture was delivered on "Enhancing Network Security with Alibaba Cloud VPC" to the School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCOPE), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Chennai Campus. (VIT) is ranked one among the top 12 institutions of India in Engineering and Technology and within the top 450 Universities in the World as per QS subject ranking, 2021.

This guest lecture was conducted on 20th November, 2021 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST. An Introduction to Alibaba Cloud was given in the beginning.

The Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) of Alibaba Cloud was explained on how it enhances the network security of intranet and internet. Around 100 students at bachelor degree levels and few faculty members attended this guest lecture. This event was coordinated by Dr. Ganapathy Sannasi, Assistant Professor, SCOPE, VIT, Chennai, India. Students found it interesting and were very interactive during the session.
