Terms and Conditions

All projects should be valid, feasible projects that have not been deployed on Alibaba Cloud.
We will contact you by phone within 5 business days after the end of the campaign to confirm the details of your requirements, if necessary.
All customers will receive an email about the result of your application within 10 business days after the end of the campaign.
The 10 selected winners will be judged and decided by our big data experts according to the project scope within 10 business days after the end of the campaign. The selected customers will receive a phone call from our 1-on-1 customer manager in 10 business days for us to issue credits and connect you with our big data and A.I. experts.
The first 30 customers who register with valid projects will receive a phone call from our 1-on-1 account manager for us to issue the credits to your account.
Free support from our big data and AI experts includes: project consultation, project implementation (including algorithm customization), and after sales support.
Validity of Credits: The $500 Credit will be valid for 2 months after being issued. The $100 credit will be valid for 1 month after being issued.
Credits issued in this campaign will only be eligible for Alibaba Cloud Big Data and A.I. products, which are listed under the "Analytics" product category in the navigation bar of Alibaba Cloud's official website.
Alibaba Cloud reserves the right to change or update the terms and conditions of this campaign without notice. This includes adjusting the rules of the campaign according to business needs, and terminating or revoking the incentives of users who disregard the rules or engage in certain behaviors, including but not limited to: fraudulent registration, malicious behavior, and etc.
