Billing rules
International Voice Service charges a monthly DID number fee and per-minute call fees. Call fees for voice Captchas, voice notifications, and group voice calls are based on the outbound or inbound rates of the number's country or region.
Example: To send voice Captchas from a Thailand number, purchase a Thailand DID number and pay the monthly fee. Outbound call fees are charged per minute at Thailand rates.
Monthly fees

Each DID number is charged a fixed monthly fee.

Fees vary by country or region. Billing starts in the activation month. A partial month counts as a full month.

To stop monthly fees, unregister the number on the Number Management page in the VS console. You are still charged for the unregistration month.
ImportantInternational numbers are a scarce resource. You cannot unregister a number during its contract period. After the contract expires, unregister unused numbers promptly to avoid extra monthly fees.
Call fees

Call fees apply when DID numbers are used for voice notifications, voice Captchas, or group voice calls.

Both pay-as-you-go and resource plan billing are supported. Resource plans are available for select countries only. Rates vary by country or region. For specific inbound and outbound rates, contact your account manager.

Resource plans
Resource plans cover DID number and call fees. The deduction rate varies by country and region.
Billing type: Per minute. A partial minute is billed as a full minute.
Deduction ratio: 1:10,000.

When a plan is used up, purchase a new one or contact your account manager to switch to pay-as-you-go billing.

Resource plans are non-refundable.

Resource plans cannot be used if your account has an overdue payment. You cannot unsubscribe from an active plan for a refund of remaining resources.

Resource plans are valid for 12 months.
