Billing rules
Fees for International Voice Service consist of monthly fees for numbers and pay-as-you-go fees for calls. Call fees for services such as voice Captchas, voice notifications, and group voice calls are charged based on the outbound or inbound rates for the country of the number.
For example, if you want to use a number from Thailand to send voice Captcha notifications, you must first purchase a Direct Inward Dialing (DID) number for Thailand and pay the monthly fee. You are then charged call fees for the duration of your outbound calls based on the rates for Thailand.
Monthly fees
International voice numbers are DID numbers. A monthly fee is charged for each DID number that you purchase.
The monthly fee for a number varies by country or region. Fees are charged monthly. Billing starts in the month the number is activated, and a partial month is billed as a full month.
If you no longer need a number, unregister it promptly on the Number Management page in the International Voice Service console. You are still charged for the month in which you unregister the number.
ImportantInternational numbers are a scarce resource. You cannot unregister a number during its contract period. After the contract period ends, if you no longer need the number, unregister it promptly to avoid additional monthly fees.
Call fees
Call fees are charged when you use international voice numbers for voice notifications, voice Captchas, or group voice calls.
International Voice Service supports both pay-as-you-go billing and subscription packages. Subscription packages are available only for select countries. The unit price varies by country or region. To learn more about the inbound and outbound prices and billing methods for international voice numbers, contact your account manager.
Monthly fees
The following table lists the monthly fees for some countries and regions. These prices are for reference only and are subject to change. To learn more about monthly fees or call fees for other countries, contact your account manager.
The estimated provisioning time for an international voice number is 15 business days after purchase.
The number type is two-way Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). The connection protocol is Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) over IP.

Subscription packages
After you purchase a subscription package, you can use it to cover number and call fees for Voice Service. The deduction rate varies by country and region.
Billing type: Per minute. A partial minute is billed as a full minute.
Deduction ratio: 1:10,000.
After you use up a subscription package, you must purchase a new one. Alternatively, you can contact your account manager to switch to pay-as-you-go billing.
Subscription packages are non-refundable.
You cannot use subscription packages if your account has an overdue payment. You also cannot unsubscribe from a package that is in use to receive a refund for the remaining resources.
Subscription packages are valid for 12 months.
